It is necessary for your body to recover. If you are anything like my dedicated clients, they want to be exercising 7 days per week. One rest day is CRUCIAL to changing your physique! &#x2026;but if you are crazy and adventourous you might take this day to go diving or snorkeling! Day 7 &#x2013; 30 Min Jog The last day of your trip you will most likely be traveling. Take a nice relaxing run and cool down on the beach as the waves roll in.
