It is necessary for your body to recover. If you are anything like my dedicated clients, they want to be exercising 7 days per week. One rest day is CRUCIAL to changing your physique! \u2026but if you are crazy and adventourous you might take this day to go diving or snorkeling! Day 7 \u2013 30 Min Jog The last day of your trip you will most likely be traveling. Take a nice relaxing run and cool down on the beach as the waves roll in.
