You get all the creaminess without added calories to set back your results.<br \/>\n<strong>Servings: 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Here&#8217;s what you need&#8230;<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 (5oz) cans wild albacore tuna, packed in water<\/li>\n<li>1 cup fat-free Greek yogurt<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons champagne mustard<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon dried dill weed, plus more for garnish<\/li>\n<li>dash of freshly ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>1 green apple, shredded<\/li>\n<li>2 cups green cabbage, shredded<\/li>\n<li>4 cups organic mixed greens<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Drain the tuna and flake in a medium bowl. Add the yogurt, mustard, dill and pepper. Mix until creamy and well combined.<\/li>\n<li>Add the shredded apple and cabbage.
