I would shop for clothes and<span class=\"text_exposed_show\">\u00a0always make sure shirts were baggy, long enough to cover my bum, and it had to be a special occasion for me to squeeze into jeans (wore a lot of comfy clothes). I tried to work out on my own at gym at home etc but didn&#8217;t push myself hard enough then would get depressed that I wasn&#8217;t seeing any change. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">I was nervous of not being able to keep up with the camp at first- unable to do what the trainers asked of me and quite honestly spending yet more money on way efforts of losing weight and it not work AGAIN. My expectation were far exceeded. I have energy (can actually sprint up the hill) I am so much stronger ( can do lots of push up on toes when before was on knees and there was no way my chest was going to hit the ground lol) Can do pull ups on my own (when started used both bands AND use to climb the wall HA) plank well there was no plank at the beginning but can hold my own now!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">My eating habits have changed immensely! It was a struggle at first to eat clean but I can\u2019t even think of eating any differently &#8211; do to clean eating I have been able to lose weight quicker and am becoming much leaner. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"text_exposed_show\">I feel AMAZING- I can\u2019t explain how much better I feel about myself, inside and out!! I can carry my head high now no more wearing baggy clothes to cover myself up! It is such an accomplishment to have gone through this transformation and to see how far I have come.
