felt; and quite frankly found myself avoiding social situations because I didn\u2019t feel comfortable in my own skin. I had back to back pregnancies in which I gained a lot of weight and struggled for years to lose. Jumping from one fad diet to the next was a common occurrence that never produced lasting results. To compound matters, I struggled with hospital stays increasingly often for intestinal issues and was told by doctors that I needed to have major surgery; which I was trying to avoid at all costs.<\/p>\n

I decided to purchase a groupon to join for the month. I was hoping this would be exactly what I was looking for to feel like me again. After the very first class I was addicted and knew I had to join! Yes, I was extremely sore in the beginning and utterly nervous I wouldn\u2019t be able to perform the exercises, but Devan and his team of talented trainers provide you with the perfect blend of coaching and making you want to push your own limits.<\/p>\n

After attending camps 6 days a week, combined with paleo nutrition; I\u2019m thrilled to say I\u2019ve lost 30 lbs, 8% body fat, and 12 total inches in 10 months!
