As the mom of three very active little girls, <img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5073\" src=\"https:\/\/b1719269.smushcdn.com\/1719269\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/Cornelius_Tina-Johnson.jpg?lossy=1&strip=1&webp=1\" alt=\"Tina Johnson Before After (Cornelius)\" width=\"332\" height=\"380\" \/>the wife to a traveling salesman, and the owner of a home-based business, I found myself in a state of busy that had me falling into bed at the end of each day &amp; waking up feeling as if I had just gone to sleep. My girls would either wake up before me wanting to know when breakfast would be ready or they would be rushed into their morning from oversleeping because I slept right through the alarm. I finally decided that the only way to make everyone\u2019s day run smoother was for me to get a jump-start ahead of all of my people. I knew in my mind that if nothing else, a little exercise might assist in my quest for energy!!<\/p>\n<p>Being new to the area, I would inquire amongst new friends and neighbors as to potential workout facilities that I might join. Almost all inquiries led to a mention of BBC. I was hesitant at first, because I had done no more than walk every now &amp; then as my exercise for the past several years. It was intimidating to me, as I envisioned being the \u201cone that couldn\u2019t keep up\u201d in a room full of supermoms (which I do consider them all to be)! I could barely do a push-up without feeling some pain and I had no idea what a burpee was!! I thought of many excuses to postpone my initiation, however, when a friend invited me to join her at one of the camps, I decided to finally give it a try. After all, it was free to try it out, so what did I have to lose?<\/p>\n<p>As it turns out, after only 4 months of joining BBC, what I had to lose was 8 inches, 5% body fat, and 11 pounds&#8230;and counting.
