This tasty salad is filled with protein, fiber and nutritious veggies. Prepares in 10 minutes.<br \/>\n<strong>Servings: 4<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Here&#8217;s what you need\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 (15oz) can chickpeas<\/li>\n<li>1 zucchini<\/li>\n<li>2 tomatoes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For the dressing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Tablespoons parsley, minced<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons lime juice<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon agave nectar<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Drain the chickpeas, but do not rinse. Place in a medium sized bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Slice the zucchini lengthwise, rotate and slice lengthwise again to form 4 long pieces. Chop into small slices and add to the bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Cut the tomato into 4 pieces. Scoop out the seeds and discard. Chop into small pieces and add to the bowl.<\/li>\n<li>In a small bowl combine the dressing ingredients.
