We lead with intentional, expert-led workouts rooted in science and backed by&nbsp;real results. That&nbsp;includes Training Cycle #2, a fresh 4-week&nbsp;workout&nbsp;program&nbsp;designed to help you build strength to power your everyday life.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Running from February 2nd to February 28th, Training Cycle #2\u00a0will challenge you to build power, confidence, and\u00a0purpose\u00a0by focusing on two movement patterns your body relies on daily:\u00a0<strong>pull and hinge<\/strong>.\u00a0These foundational exercises support many everyday tasks, like carrying groceries, picking up\u00a0the\u00a0kids, shoveling snow, or mowing the lawn.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-you-ll-focus-on-progressing-two-strength-movements\">You\u2019ll\u00a0focus on progressing two strength movements:\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Why pull and hinge?&nbsp;Because building strength&nbsp;isn\u2019t&nbsp;just about lifting&nbsp;more weight.&nbsp;It\u2019s&nbsp;about moving better. Feeling healthier.
