Your Moment."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At the beginning of this year, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DELohOfPUgc\/?img_index=5\">we introduced a new strategic approach to Burn Boot Camp\u2019s programming<\/a>: 9 focused training cycles, also known as mesocycles. Each cycle was designed to hone in on the 12 human movement patterns and 24 fundamental exercises\u2014helping our Members train with intention and build strength that lasts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this annual training strategy, we\u2019ve scheduled two PR Weeks per year to serve as milestone moments. These aren\u2019t just tests\u2014they\u2019re celebrations of progress. Real checkpoints to measure the strength, consistency, and confidence you\u2019ve earned through every Camp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Our first PR Week of the year kicks off June 9\u201314, 2025, and we\u2019re inviting all of Burn Nation to take part.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-pr-week\">What Is PR Week?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>PR Week (short for <em>Personal Record Week<\/em>) is a six-day challenge where you\u2019ll track your strength and conditioning across our signature movement patterns and training cycle exercises. It\u2019s a snapshot of your progress\u2014both physically and mentally.
