What kind of intermitting fasting should you do? Do you need to intermittent fast to see the results you want?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For starters,&nbsp;intermittent fasting&nbsp;consists of intervals of fasting during which you abstain from eating for a designated&nbsp;period of time. The purpose is to make your body switch from burning sugar as fuel to burning body fat as fuel. So of course it\u2019s a tool used by many to aid in weight loss and increase lean muscle mass.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Intermittent fasting has been something I\u2019ve wanted to discuss for a very long time on Coffee &amp; Kettlebells,&nbsp;although I couldn&#8217;t find the right person to educate us on the topic. There are countless health and fitness experts who preach intermittent fasting and that it\u2019s the best thing for your health and fitness.
