There is a certain amount of mental recovery necessary this time of year, too. After all the vacations, social activities and exploring, it\u2019s an adjustment to get back into a routine. Take this time to slowly return to your normal schedule and allow enough time to recover from the post-summer excitement. Taking a \u201cnice and easy&#8221; approach rather than going all-in will keep your mind at ease and help you in this period of transition. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\"><strong>Try this:<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Schedule time to focus on your health.<\/em> Whether that means <a href=\"https:\/\/burnbootcamp.com\/promotions\/start-your-trial\/\">going to camp<\/a> a few days a week and taking the rest as recovery days, it\u2019s important to prioritize yourself. A great way to check in with your physical and mental health at the same time is to schedule a focus meeting with your trainer.
