What do we do?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We make the choice to take control of our diet. We decide to swear off all unhealthy foods for the rest of our lives. We dedicate ourselves to eating entirely clean. Plain chicken, plain spinach, plain rice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But, we find ourselves never <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asweetpeachef.com\/how-to-eat-healthy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">satisfied<\/a> with our meals, constantly thinking about the foods we love most and dealing with a never-ending battle inside our heads. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have a craving for chips that we cannot get to go away. So, we decide to eat one chip. One chip can\u2019t hurt, right? But then, we reach for a second, and then a handful, and then finally we just give in. We eat the whole bag of chips. And, why don\u2019t we just eat a tub of ice cream, too? <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now we <a href=\"https:\/\/burnbootcamp.com\/eliminate-late-night-binge-eating-tips\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">binged<\/a>. We feel guilty, gross, and embarrassed. So, we go back to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mindbodygreen.com\/0-26047\/how-your-cravings-can-help-you-reach-your-goal-weight.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">depriving ourselves<\/a>, striving towards perfection. We enter this endless, hopeless cycle. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We feel at a loss. We choose to let go of perfection.
