I had just bought a new rowing machine in hopes of getting fit, but it sat unused. I felt tired and worn out most of the time. I saw the Facebook post about Burn Boot Camp\u2019s 30 day free trial. I signed up with no expectations. In the back of my mind I assumed I would go intermittently for a month and call it quits, as this had been my experience in the past when I started gym memberships. I went on the first day, then the second. I have been going 4-6 days a week for the past 5 months. Physically, I have lost 18 lbs, 6.6% body fat and 9 inches. I am amazed and thrilled with the changes I have seen! I have more energy, I am more patient with my 3 and 5 year old and I feel more focused and productive at work.
