Shoulders are more dynamic than other areas of the body, which means there&#8217;s a higher chance of injury if you neglect good form and overall health.<\/p>\n<p>Eli Tinkle, Head Trainer of <a href=\"https:\/\/burnbootcamp.com\/locations\">Burn Boot Camp Eau Claire<\/a>, explains joint mobility and how to keep our shoulder joints conditioned and ready for athletic performance. He shows us a series of moves to do before working out to increase mobility during a workout.<\/p>\n<h3>Train&nbsp;Hard<\/h3>\n<p>Eli demonstrates several exercises that can help build more muscle and aid weakness.
