The Glutes can&#8217;t be neglected. Christen Jackson, Fitness Expert and Head Trainer at <a href=\"https:\/\/burnbootcamp.com\/locations\">Burn Boot Camp Mount Juliet<\/a>, fine tunes various moves to help us build a better booty.<\/p>\n<p>Christen shows us how to mod down and up for plenty of exercises that target the booty, as well as other muscles in the <a href=\"https:\/\/burnbootcamp.com\/devan-kline-5-best-ways-to-build-your-leg-muscle\/\">legs<\/a>.
