Doctors, Nick &amp; Stefanie Rodsater, owners of Adjusting the World Chiropractic, stopped in to the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.burnbootcamp.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Burn Boot Camp Headquarters<\/a> to give everyone their expertise on how to alleviate muscle soreness through foam rolling. They explain &#8220;trigger points&#8221; in the muscles that we all get after our tough workouts and demonstrate how to roll correctly.<\/p>\n<p>They cover how to roll all the big muscle groups from hamstrings to abductors!
